Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see updates. If tracking looks blank, don’t worry—your package should still arrive by the estimated delivery date (which may be a little before, on, or just after that date).

 

We ship worldwide from San Jose, CA. Orders take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Shipping is free for U.S. orders and for customers in: France, Italy, Germany, Spain, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, UAE, Japan, and Hong Kong SAR.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. During peak times (like sales), it may take a little longer.

Email support@arttitude.us with your order number to cancel—we’ll confirm and refund your payment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For international returns, you must use our partner DHL International; we can’t be responsible for shipments sent otherwise.

Final sale items are non-returnable, and all returns must arrive in original condition with tags intact.

 

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), plus express checkout with Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

If you use a Buy Now, Pay Later option, please contact that provider directly for invoice questions.

All payments are validated for security—fraud checks are handled by both us and your card issuer.

Purchase an E-Gift Card here by choosing the recipient, amount, and delivery date (up to 3 months ahead). Cards are emailed within 24 hours and can be canceled within 30 minutes in your account.

At checkout, enter your 16-digit code under “Voucher.’ If your order is more than the card value, you can pay the balance with another payment method (minimum $1).

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items.
If you paid fully with an E-Gift Card, your refund will be issued as store credit.

If you used both an E-Gift Card and another payment method, we’ll refund the other payment first, and the rest as store credit.

We’re always running sales and special promotions on our website, so keep checking out the offers on our home page!

Sometimes, we offer something special on our social media pages, so give us a follow on TikTok, FaceBook and Instagram. We may also send out discount codes in our newsletters.
Only one code per order is allowed, including free delivery offers. Make sure to apply your code at checkout, as we can’t add it after your order is placed.
